SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to prepare and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email with a tracking number. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with a 2-8 business day shipping time frame.

We currently only ship within the U.S. Orders totaling under $100 (before sales tax) have a flat rate $6.95 shipping fee. Orders totaling $100 or over (before sales tax) will be shipped free of shipping fees.

DISCLAIMER: Snuggle Fox is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact your local USPS or UPS to inquire about your lost package and file a claim.

LOCAL PORCH PICKUP

Local porch pickup is free for those living in Modesto area. Just select local pickup at checkout. Items should be available for pickup in 1-3 business days in Modesto, CA 95350. You will receive an email and/or text when your order is ready for pickup with the pickup address.
